FAQ

What's involved in commissioning artwork?

The process involves 5 stages:

  1. Initial Consultation
  2. Sketching Phase
  3. Revisions to Sketch
  4. Creation
  5. Delivery

How long does the process take?

The entire process takes approximately 3-5 weeks, or more, depending on the complexity of the piece and the timeliness of communications leading up to the Creation phase.

What can I commission?

You can commission anything that translates well with paper collage techniques. If you're unsure whether the subject you have in mind would work well, reach out anyway! We'll help provide clarity and direction to create a beautiful result.

Our favorite projects to work on are portraits, landscapes, and blessings for the home.

What materials do you use for your art?

All of our paper collages are made by hand using archival, acid-free origami paper and glue. Occasionally we will incorporate ink, colored pencil, or charcoal. Our collages are assembled on high-quality birch wood panels.

Do you offer framing?

Yes! We are happy to offer an option to frame your new work of art. Color availability varies depending on the size of your commission.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipping costs vary depending on your location.
